SNT Marketing is looking for an Instore Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales through meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, initiate conversations, and understand their needs

  • Promote and demonstrate products in store to encourage interest and sales

  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed decisions

  • Meet daily and weekly sales targets through consistent, proactive engagement

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights that can improve product promotion strategies


Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers

  • Ability to learn and explain product features clearly

  • Goal‑driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets

  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple customer interactions

  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends when required
